Cost of Services

I offer therapy at three different prices.

I respect your autonomy and trust you to determine which tier fits your circumstances at this time best. I have limited spots for each tier, and fill them on a first come, first serve basis. You may contact me at any time to inquire about availability, as I keep a waitlist.

At this time, I do not offer insurance. I will be working towards this in the future, as I know it is a critical factor in access to care. I can submit a super-bill which you can submit to your insurance, though reimbursement is not guaranteed.

As my practice is based in the settler-military occupied Native Hawaiian Kingdom, 6% of all proceeds will go toward Hawai’i People’s Fund (https://hawaiipeoplesfund.org/) and Hawai’i Peace & Justice (https://hawaiipeaceandjustice.org/) as voluntary land tax.

  1. Sage Tier: Sliding Scale

    Providing for yourself or your family (self-defined) is a constant struggle and source of stress. You do not have many, if any, resources to fall back on such as assets or the safety net of family and friends. Lacking systemic privilege has kept you from being able to access opportunity the way others can.

  2. Opal Tier: Cost of Service

    You have a stable income and are able to pay for basic necessities. You might only be able to save a small amount, but have people you can rely on to support you financially. You have had some access to opportunity, and some barriers.

  3. Jade Tier: Pay It Forward

    You live comfortably, with surplus money you can choose to spend on things other than basic necessities. You might have access to intergenerational wealth, home ownership, or other assets that provide a safety net for you. Having systemic privilege (white privilege, male privilege, privilege of health, etc.) has given you access to opportunity that others may not have.

  • EMDR Therapy

    90 minute Intensives

    Sage Tier: $120/session

  • Group Therapy

    90 minute Group Therapy
